JAMMU, May 1: Janipur and Bishnah police arrested three persons including a lady along with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Janipur Police Station led by SHO Inspector Naresh Sharma conducted raid and apprehended two persons along with 8 bottles and 9 litres of illicit liquor.
The arrested persons were identified as Lakhwinder Singh and Pardeep Bagga, both residents of Pamposh Colony, Janipur, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 32/2020 under section has been registered at Janipur Police Station and investigation started.
Meanwhile, a team from Bishnah Police Station led by SHO Inspector Deepak Pathania conducted raid and arrested a lady along with 5 litres of illicit liquor.
The arrested lady has been identified as Poli Devi, wife of Kamal Kumar, a resident of Tinde Khurd, tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 74/2020 has been registered at Bishnah Police Station and investigation started.
