JAMMU, Oct 29: A non-State labourer died after he slipped from a building here at Gharota area today, police said.
They said Arjun (35) son of Net Ram of Chhattisgarh at present Seri, Kot Bhalwal, suffered injuries after he slipped from a building at Seri.
He was taken to Government Medical College Jammu, where doctors declared him as dead on arrival, police said.
The body of the deceased labourer has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem while as a case under relevant sections of the law has been registered at Gharota Police Station and further investigation taken up.
