Anil Kumble besides being a gentleman, has earned praise for his talent. He is someone who has won many matches for the country and knows what it requires to win matches both in India and abroad. He has bagged this position only after going through several rounds of interview beating many of his senior and contemporary rivals.
It is expected that during his tenure as Coach, Indian Cricket team will reach new heights of glory in every format of cricket. His selection has been widely hailed by Cricket lovers all over the world. Indian team has many expectations from him, and hope he will not disappoint them. Hailing Anil Kumble’s appointment, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli said that now they have a man who can tell them how to win Test matches abroad. He said, ‘It is a huge boost for us that Anil Bhai is our Coach.’.
