JAMMU, Apr 9: The Central Government has repatriated senior IAS officer, Suresh Kumar, former Home Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir, to the State.
Kumar, presently posted as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Government of India, is a 1986 batch IAS officer of Jammu and Kashmir cadre.
He has been returned to his parent cadre for availing the benefit of promotion in the cadre.
