Sir,
Team India headed by Hari Shalve, the versatile lawyer of international stature deserves full measure of accolades for putting up a brave legal fight in the International court of justice, Hague to defeat the beastly and anti-Indiadesigns of Pakistan under the garb of espionage. Kulbhushan Jadav, an Ex Naval Officer of India was picked up from Iran where he was engaged in a business, without following due process of law. He was brutally tortured to extract a confession to use the same as concrete evidence of overt and covert engagement of India in Balochistan which is in turmoil and witnessing a severe uprising and revolt against the oppression and excesses of Pak establishment.Team India was well prepared and well versed with the facts of the case as well as flagrant procedural loop holes coupled with violation of Veina convention. Above all the court presentation of our leading lawyer Hari Shalve was quite up to the mark which perfectly hit the bull’s eye. There is no denying the fact that this legal debacle of Pak has lowered their esteem in the eyes of International community but they are deeply hurt, feeling revengeful and duly inclined to disregard the findings and verdict of the International Court subjecting India to high voltage embarrassment with burning provocation. We shall have to be extra vigilant in our run up to clinching the final historic legal victory at the International forum to nail Pak’s lies and frauds.Till then no complacency on any count. The Nation has to remain prepared for the worst. There should be no anticlimax in our approach vis-à-vis the rogue neighbor. Firmly tighten screws on the pro pak lobby operating on the Indian soil, cut the life line of alienated separatists and Pak agents functioning fearlessly from within the Kashmir valley. No climb down on required actions of security forces. Just keep them in active mode. It is not only safety of Kulbhushan but the honour of 130 crores of Indians is at stake.
Yours etc….
