Kshatriya Mahasabha holds meeting

JAMMU, Jan 25 : Meeting of All India Kshatriya Mahasabha (J&K unit) was held yesterday here on Sunday under the chairmanship of its president Kr. Ravi Singh Slathia at Raj Tilak Bhawan Purani Mandi Jammu. Wherein besides office bearers and members of the State Unit, large number of prominent members of the Biradari also participated. After threadbare discussion about the prevailing situation in the State, especially the condition of this great community the following resolutions were adopted:-
The meeting demanded that the caste based reservation policy which is destroying the nation because of the exploitation of the people belonging to the different castes should immediately be reviewed and the reservation be given on economic basis.
It warned the authorities that if proper measures are not taken to save the Dogra Heritage they will start a vigorous struggle for the restoration and preservation of all the Dogra historical monuments in the State.
In a resolution they also appealed to all the well meaning people of the Biradari to take immediate steps to save the historical Raj Tilak Bhawan.
