JAMMU, Oct 9: Kashmir Pandits United Front (KPUF) has condemned the recent order issued from the office of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir forcing PM Package employees to attend their duties in such a venerable situations in valley.
In a statement, Suneel Tikoo General Secretary KPUF said, “It is quite astonishing that authorities are hell bent upon risking the lives of our children. Keeping in mind the present situation in Kashmir this decision is absurd and using them as scapegoats to showcase that everything is normal whereas the environment is not conducive for them to join their duties in such threatening atmosphere”.
He requested the LG Administration to intervene immediately so that the said order is cancelled. He also requested to LG that their salaries be released in advance in view of forthcoming Diwali festival.
