KPs’ plea to CM

JAMMU, Oct 8: Kashmir Pandits urged the Chief Minister to issue instructions to the District Administration Kupwara, for restoration of the land belonging to KPs of Tikker Kupwara.
KPs of village Tikker said that the their land measuring 25 kanals and 12 marlas has been acquired without the consent of the land owners. A land measuring 41 kanals has also been acquired by the Radio Station, which also belongs to them.
They said that on one hand Government is making tall claims of rehabilitating the migrants in the valley and on the other hand, sinister design is working to eliminate the KP community and erode their roots in valley.
