JAMMU, May 9: In view of huge losses meted to the Government due to indefinite strike of Patwaries, Kissan Khet and Mazdoor Congress (KKMC), J&K, has appealed the Government to address immediately the demands of the patwaries to prevent further loss.
Raju Sharma, vice-chairman, KKMC today expressed concerned over the ongoing indefinite strike of Patwaries and appealed the Government to immediately settle their issues to put an end to 32-day long strike.
“The Government is suffering huge losses, as all the work related to revenue, development, Survey of Projects, State/Central Government Schemes, Land Aqusition, compensation,Crops Gardawries, Requirements of Certifcate of Land, Education, Categeries Certifcate etc have come to standstill due to the strike”, Sharma said.
He appealed the Revenue Minister and Finance Minister to take immediate measures for ending the strike of Patwaries to provide a sigh of relief to the public, which is facing great hardship due to the continued strike of Patwaries.
