MENDHAR, Oct 13: The police today recovered a minor girl who was allegedly kidnapped from Chhatral area of Mendhar tehsil in district Poonch by a local youth.
A police spokesman said that fifteen and half year old Zabeen Fatima, daughter of Mohd Sharief, resident of Banola village near Chhatral was kidnapped by one Qamar Raja (22), son of Liaqat Hussain, resident of Banola area on September 17. The girl was recovered today after some inputs provided by the relatives of the girl. The boy was arrested and the girl after conducting medical examination in Mendhar hospital was handed over to her parents.
