POONCH, July 10: A kidnapped minor girl hailing from Surankote was recovered from Saharanpur area of UP today.
A police spokesman said that 16-year-old girl student of 11th class, hailing from Chandak village in Surankote was kidnapped by Shehroom Ahmed, son of Mohd Rashid on June 7. On the complaint of the parents of the girl, an FIR No. 62/13 was registered. A police party was sent to Saharanpur in UP on the basis of some clues and the girl was recovered. The boy has also been arrested.
