Keep waiting

Sir,
Abdul Basit , the Pakistan’s High Commissioner to India is at times trying to prove more loyal than the king. Kashmir is disturbing him , it appears every day. Recently on the eve of Pakistan’s independence day celebrations while cutting the cake , he is reported to have said that no matter how much more time their legitimate struggle takes, Pakistan was not going to abandon Kashmiris  and their (so called) cause. It is evident that Pakistan had now reconciled with the fact that in his view it  (Separatists and anti nationalist forces’ struggle to secede Kashmir from India) was a long long drawn struggle say, for hundreds of thousands of years ,and Pakistan was going to support it, reminds us of a film song, qayamat tak intizar. So, Mr. Basit! keep on waiting for 1000 years followed by as many more followed by tens of as many more, more and more years. Till then Kashmir is and shall remain in India.
Yours etc….
