JAMMU, June 2: In a grand function organized by newly elected president of Mahajan Sabha Channi Himmat Vipan Gupta, an office was opened here today near Railway Crossing Channi Himmat, which was inaugurated by chief guest Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister J&K.
On the occasion, guests of honour were Brig Anil Gupta, BJP State Spokesperson & Baldev Singh Billawria, BJP Jammu District president while the Special Invites included Ajay Gupta (Corporator Ward No. 52), Karunesh Gupta (BJP Leader), Advocate Ishant Gupta (State vice president BJP Youth) and Kulbir Charak, BJP leader.
Kavinder Gupta, in his address, assured that he would definitely make his best efforts to fulfil and address the demands which come before him by the members of the Sabha from time to time. He appealed every member of the Sabha to remain united always to work for the betterment and upliftment of the whole society irrespective of the community on a ground of humanity and brotherhood.
Vipan Gupta also said that he was committed towards fulfilling the promises made with the community and in that context opening of office will be beneficial for all the community members of Mahajan Biradri. He endorsed the demand by senior member of the Sabha, Raj Kumar Gupta on behalf of other members of Mahajan Parivaar for providing suitable land for the construction of permanent office of Mahajan Sabha Channi Himmat.
Prominent among those, who were present on the occasion, included Ashok Jandyal (former president Mahajan Sabha Channi Himmat), Senior Member Raj Kumar Gupta, Sachiv Gupta Social Worker, Rajinder Mehta, Mohan Gupta, Kushvinder Gupta, Dalip Gupta, Om Gupta, Guru Saroop, Vinay Gupta, Sudershan Gupta, Lalit Mahajan, Kailash Langer, Yash Pal Gupta, Vishawdeep Gupta, Ashok Gupta, Anil Gupta other members of the Sabha.
