JAMMU, Jan 21: Former Deputy Chief Minister & senior BJP leader, Kavinder Gupta conducted party Karyakarta darbar to address their problems at BJP Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar here, today.
While sharing his views during interaction with party Karyakartas, Gupta said that BJP, both at the Centre under the leadership of PM, Narendra Modi as well as in the State is committed to welfare of public. The mantra of BJP is “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” and the party is committed to mitigate problems faced by public. He said that aim of conducting this darbar is to address public grievances at grass root level and BJP will conduct these type of programmes on a regular basis where public can come and approach for any type of problems.
He said former Ministers, Ex-MLAs and senior party functionaries would be available in routine for listening to the grievances.
He further said that the BJP holds distinction of being only party in the nation always working dedicatedly for raising the living standards of every citizen of the country. The party always works with the principle of ‘nation first, party second and self last’ he added and maintained that the BJP has addressed the core issues of the public.
A large number of people and several deputations from different parts of Jammu visited BJP Headquarter to put forth issues of public concern.
Vinay Gupta, district general secretary BJP, also led a delegation to meet Kavinder Gupta.
Deputations narrated the problems like shortage of water supply, dilapidated roads, lanes & drains etc. Matters related to JMC, JDA and Housing Board were also raised.
Kavinder Gupta, while listening to these issues patiently, said the problems shall be discussed with the respective departments’ officials for their quick disposal.
The whole event was coordinated by BJP additional State office secretary and coordinator for the Karyakarta Darbar, Suresh Sharma.
