Kavinder asks workers to bridge gap between party, people

JAMMU, July 10: Former- Deputy Chief Minister and MLA Gandhi Nagar, Kavinder Gupta held a meeting with BJP district unit Srinagar, today.
Addressing the party men, he said the party will work as per the expectations of the people and hoped that the workers would act to bridge to gap between the party and the people so that an effective feedback is obtained about the policies and programmes of the party.
He said “we don’t want common people to face day to day problems. “Party workers are the representatives and role models of the party,” Gupta said and asked them to work hard to reach out the people and bring them into the party fold.
He directed the party workers to listen to the grievances of the people and forward the same to the party High Command. BJP is committed to address their grievances and genuine issues through proper channel.
“BJP has introduced dozens of Centrally sponsored schemes for the welfare of general public. You should spread the awareness about these schemes among the people, so that maximum people are benefitted from the schemes,” he said.
Kavinder Gupta, maintained and expressed hope that the meeting would go a long way in strengthening the roots of the party in this part of the State which has traditionally been the bastion of certain regional parties.
He also said that the Central Government is working round the clock to mitigate the suffering of common man.  He urged them to strengthen the party at gross root level and meet new faces who are willing to join the party.
He said there are dozens of party workers engaged as full timers to work for party and whole nation is happy to see that many people from Kashmir are dedicated for strengthening party in Kashmir.
