Kaul takes stock of problems being faced by displaced people

JAMMU, Aug 2: BJP’s Kashmir displaced district discussed various community issues in a meeting of its party workers held under the chairmanship of party’s State general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul at party Headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, here, today.
State vice president of the party and MLC Girdhari Lal Raina, displaced district president, Chand Ji Bhat, senior leaders Triloki Nath Bhat, Anjali, Makhan Lal Bhat, Bharat Bhushan Bhat and others were also present in the meeting. The proceedings of the meting were conducted by Kamal Warikoo, Yuva Morcha president.
During the meeting, many prominent social personalities also joined the party, which includes Ashok Kumar Kaul, Dr. M.T. Krishan, special secretary M.L. Qazi, retired Principal Yoginder Raina, Entrepreneur Sunita Thusoo, Er. S.N. Kaul, Mohan Krishan Raina and Bhushan Lal Bhat cultural activists.
Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, discussed various ongoing organizational activities with the party leaders from the community asked them to take party’s message to the community members while emphasizing the fact that the community is facing various issues like scattered population, M-form issues and they have to do lot of homework for the same.
Kaul, further asked the party leaders to enhance their field working in particular to displaced people living outside Kashmir Valley. He encouraged them to focus on all issues faced by displaced community and said that these have to be taken into due consideration while proceeding with the drive.
Ajay Bharti, highlighted the problem faced by displaced people from Kashmir Valley. He called for the greater efforts by the community leaders seeking cooperation from all the sections for their genuine concerns. He also sought their active work to defeat nefarious designs of Valley based political and separatists groups and said that this can only be achieved by strengthening the party base in the Valley.
Chandji Bhat gave details of programmes taken by Kashmir displaced district. He also discussed the progression on the membership drive taken by the community leaders and prompted Mandal/booth presidents of BJP Kashmir displaced district to present the latest figures of the drive. It was assured by party leaders that the maximum membership will be ensured by Kashmir displaced district.
