Divisional Commissioner of Jammu has rightly issued instructions to ensure non-erection of illegal structures around the up-coming railway station in Katra. The administration should ensure clean and unpolluted environments of Katra railway station in view of enormous influx of pilgrims to the shrine throughout the year. Our apprehension is that greedy people will manage to grab the adjoining land and manoeuvre commercial establishments throwing to winds the requirement of keeping the environment clean and tidy.
