JAMMU, Apr 24: The State Government today ordered transfers and postings of seven KAS officers with immediate effect.
Anju Gupta, Development Officer, Handicrafts (Non-Textiles), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, JKTDC, Jammu, vice Sushil Kumar Atri, who has been transferred and posted as Deputy Director Tourism, Jammu, against an available vacancy.
Champa Devi, Registrar, Government College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Development Officer, Handicrafts (Non-Textiles), Jammu, vice Anju Gupta.
Parveez Ahmad Raina, Deputy Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission, has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Budgam, vice Syed Hanief Balkhi, who has been transferred and posted as SDM Srinagar (East), against an available vacancy.
Attar Chand, Project Officer, Water-shed, Poonch, has been transferred and posted as Project Officer, Water-shed, Udhampur, relieving Jagdish Chander, Project Officer, Self Employment, Udhampur of the additional charge of the post while Bharat Bushan, Deputy Secretary, Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, GCET Jammu vice Champa Devi.
Meanwhile, in partial modification of its earlier Government order, Vikas Sharma, who was under orders of transfer as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah, has been posted as Deputy Transport Commissioner, against an available vacancy.
According to another Government order, transfers and postings of six Private Secretaries were also made with immediate effect.
Abdul Hamid Dar, Private Secretary to Director Agriculture Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Pvt Secretary in the office of Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, J&K vice Parveena Khan, who has been transferred and posted as Pvt Secretary to Director Agriculture Kashmir.
Sat Paul Sharma, Pvt Secretary to Chief Conservator of Forests Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Pvt Secretary to Director Hospitality and Protocol, J&K, vice Harvinder Singh, who has been transferred and posted as Pvt Secretary to Chief Conservator of Forests, Jammu.
Ghulam Mohammad Bhat, Pvt Secretary to Principal Government Dental College, Srinagar, has been transferred and posted as Pvt Secretary to Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, J&K vice Ali Mohammad Ganai, who has swapped posting with the former.
