KARGIL, Apr 24: On the call of Merchants Association, a complete shutdown was observed in Kargil market with all shops remained closed.
The shutdown was observed for demanding relaxation on lockdown restrictions in view of the Ramazan. The Merchants Association alleged that adequate goods were not available for ferrying the same to villages while several goods, especially vegetables were getting rotten in transship.
