JAMMU, May 29: BJP Jammu District president, Parmodh Kapahi along with JMC Councillor, Suneet Raina here today inaugurated the construction work of lanes and drains with lying of water supply pipes at Ustad Mohalla in Ward number 9 of Jammu East constituency.
Speaking on the occasion, Raina said that the area was denied of developments for a long wherein construction of lane and drain was an old pending demand of the people there which has been fulfilled today due to which the locals of the area will get relief.
Parmodh Kapahi said, to save the people from inconvenience caused during rainy season, construction work of lanes and drains has been started in the area and the people will get relief from the problem of water logging.
He said that BJP is working on the agenda of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas Aur Sabka Prayas’ and to develop every corner is their responsibility.
The senior BJP leader said that PM Modi is committed to develop every corner of J&K.
“Under the leadership of PM Modi, India has now become one of the developing countries,” Kapahi maintained adding: “Many developmental works have been done by JMC in Jammu in last few years and many mega projects have been started.”
BJP Talab Tillo Mandal president, Kashav Chopra, Sakina Bano, Radha Sharma, Asha Gupta, Jyoti Gupta, Rajiv Sethi, Jyoti Bhat, Deepak Raj, Madan, Tahir Abbas, Avinash Kour and others were also present on the occasion.
