JAMMU, Sept 3: On the eve of Shri Krishna Janamashtami, a Prabhat Pheri was organised here today by Kameshwar Mandir Trust in Trikuta Nagar.
The Prabhat Pheri started from the Kameshwar Mandir amidst the reciting of devotional songs by the participants in the praise of Lord Krishna and it passed through different areas of Trikuta Nagar covering the Wards 52 and 53.
Prominent among those present in the Prabhat Pheri were Chairman of Mandir Trust, M.S Sambyal; JMC Councillor and Mandir president, Ajay Gupta; Mandir general secretary, Sanjay Gupta along with BJP Jammu South president, Rekha Mahajan and her team.
At the culmination of the Prabhat Pheri the organisers asked the devotees to visit the temple on September 7, to celebrate Shri Krishna Janamashtami and to get blessings of the Almighty.
