JAMMU, Feb 17: All India Confederation of SC , ST, OBC organizations president R K Kalsotra has taken serious exception to the recent Government order on reframing of seniority list of the employees belonging to the SC, ST and OBC categories in the State.
Mr Kalsotra said the order negates the Apex Court ruling on the pretext that the Article 16 (4a) of the Constitution of India is not applicable to the J&K State is cause of concern.
He said the order is against the interests of down trodden people of the State and it shows the mind set of coalition in the State which is totally working against the interests of these people which will not be tolerated.
