JAMMU, Apr 8: The NSS wing of K C College of Education in collaboration with Blood Transfusion Department, Government Medical College (GMC) here today organized a blood donation camp to mark ‘World Health Day’.
A good number of NSS volunteers along with faculty members of the College donated their blood.
Dr. Sanjay Tickoo of GMC educated the donors about the noble cause of blood donation.
The event was a part of seven day NSS camp inaugurated today.
The programme was convened by Priya Gupta, NSS Programme Officer and the team of doctors which aided the camp included Dr. Meena Sidhu, HoD, Blood Bank GMC, Dr. Sadak and Dr. Salvi.
