JAMMU, Sept 1: Jammu Warriors Front (JWF) has demanded restoration of internet connectivity in entire Jammu region.
In a handout issued JWF President, Rajesh Gupta regretted prolonged disruption of mobile internet services in Jammu, saying that it has hampered business activities, as all those who were using heavily mobile internet for business purposes, are facing a number of hardships in managing their business.
He asserted that due to ban on mobile internet services, students are unable to fill online admission forms, apply for jobs, access important information on health services, book tickets, conduct online business transactions etc. While the world is moving towards digitized revolution, Jammu is going backwards due to enforced internet blockades, he added.
Gupta appealed to people of Jammu not to misuse social networking sites, whenever mobile net connectivity is restored in the area and maintain communal harmony and brotherhood.
