JWAM resents traffic problems, demands flyover

JAMMU, May 27: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) leader, Sunil Dimple has sent a memorandum to the Director General of Police (DGP), Dilbag Singh highlighting the issue of alleged harassment to general public in the name of traffic problems.
Through the memoranda Dimple registered his complaint to the DGP and other senior traffic police officers that cops at police posts across Jammu and the Flying Squads are badly harassing the general public, school-college students and youths by challaning, harassing, seizing the vehicles of tuition going students etc.
Later Dimple staged a protest demonstration and asked the Government to solve the traffic problems in the city and construct flyovers, ring roads etc in the city.
He demanded flyover at Rehari Chungi-Jewal Chowk to solve the traffic problem apart from construction of parking places and start work on metro trains in Jammu.
