JAMMU, May 18: The activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement held a protest rally under the leadership of its president Sunil Dimple, against coalition Government for shifting dream projects of AIIMS and for creating controversy on artificial lake project, today.
Addressing the protesters, Dimple demanded the resignation of Deputy CM Dr Nirmal Singh, BJP MLAs and withdrawl of the support from the PDP which has weakened the Jammu cause.
Other issues raised during the rally pertained to of new recruitment policy and NHAI road toll tax. He threatened for Jammu Band if AIIMS not established in the Jammu region.
He said the people of Jammu are not opposing AIIMS in Kashmir but the AIIMS announced for Jammu should be given to this region.
