JAMMU, Sept 17: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) held a protest demonstration under its president Sunil Dimple, who appealed Prime Minister, Narinder Modi to visit Jammu and Kashmir State to put an end to Kashmir unrest.
Reacting on the present Kashmir unrest, Dimple expressed concern over continued extension of the band calls and said that BJP-PDP coalition Government has failed to come up to the expectations of the people of all the three regions of the State.
Dimple said all the formulas of the Central BJP Government have failed to end the Kashmir unrest despite three visits of Home Minister Rajnath Singh to the Valley. He added that visit to the valley of an all party delegation visits in the State and even up to the door steps of the separatist leaders has not yielded any result.
Sunil Dimple said the Government of India should not lower its guard in Kashmir. He demanded for the continuation of the AFSPA and free hand to administration as also the Governor rule to save the State from further destruction, blood-shed and machinations of Pakistan and separatists.
