JWAM activists stage protest, demand start of dev works

JAMMU, July 25: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) activists under the leadership of their President, Sunil Dimple staged a protest demonstration here today in support of their demands.
The protesters demanded that the authorities concerned should start the work to make Jammu a smart city and the OPD for Jammu AIIMS should be started in Super Speciality Hospital Jammu.
Their other demands included start of construction work of Rehari Chungi-Jewal Chowk flyover and the decisions of Jammu DDB meeting should be implemented soon.
Speaking on the occasion Dimple said that work on Artificial Tawi Lake along with work on metro mono rails should be started as soon as possible.
He demanded alternative four way circular road from Amphalla to Manda to High Court to Bantalab and also raised and the problem of water and power crisis.
Harbans Tondon, Rakesh Pandoh, Ram Kapoor, Chaman Pawar,  S. Randhier Singh Bali, Kulwant Sharma, Vijay Khajuria, Kala Kumar, Dev Raj, Vicky, Babu, Vicky, Balbier and many others were also present in the protest.
