JWAM activists protest against traffic jams

JAMMU, Dec 24: A protest rally was held today against the failure of the  Coalition Government to solve the worsening traffic problems in the Jammu city and particularly in the West Assembly Constituency. 
Addressing the rally Sunil Dimple said a regular jams are witnessed on the Amphalla, New Plot, Janipur High Court, Bantalab roads from 8 am onwards daily.  He said today commuters caught in the jams for the hours together after 8 AM and prominent citizens, irate traders, residents, activists came on the roads with banners in their hands and protested against the failure of Government to regulate traffic on Jammu roads.
He said the main problem of traffic mess in the city is that the Government
has not constructed Circular roads and flyovers at Rehari Chungi, Jewal Chowk Vikram Chowk. He demanded immediate construction of all the three flyovers simultaneously.
