JAMMU, Oct 10: The Union Law Ministry is likely to issue formal notification tomorrow for appointment of Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey as Chief Justice of the Common High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
The Union Law Ministry will issue the notification after President Droupadi Murmu signs the warrants of appointment of Justice Magrey.
He is likely to take oath as the Chief Justice of J&K and Ladakh High Court on Thursday or Friday at Raj Bhawan in Srinagar.
