JAMMU, June 25: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Lok Sabha Member of Parliament, Jammu-Poonch, Parliamentary constituency along with Ex-MLC Girdhari Lal Raina and BJP secretary, Veenu Khanna, listened to the public grievances at BJP Headquarter, here, today.
Large number of people from different areas of Jammu in the form of deputations as well as individuals reached the party office, narrated their woes and shared their grievances related to different departments like PDD, PHE, PWD, Health etc.
Among other issues, a deputation of Patnitop Hotel Association said that Patnitop being a sloped area, basement needs to be constructed for strength and attic floor for protection from snow, so they please be considered for compounding. Another deputation of Akhnoor Road Market Association requested to provide vehicle parking spaces. They also raised their concerns about elevated road drain slab, which is causing nuisance for vehicles approaching the shops and those entering the lanes and causing frequent mishaps.
Jugal Kishore Sharma immediately took up their issues with the concerned officials of the departments and most of the problems were resolved on the spot to the satisfaction of the aggrieved persons and the others were assured they will be provided with an amicable solution soon.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, speaking on this occasion, said that people have high faith in the BJP and its leadership and through these camps; they present their issues for their prompt solution. He said that as the committed soldiers of the party, they also leave no stone unturned to resolve all the issues of people.
