Jugal, Ganga visit Smailpur to take initiative for construction of stadium

SAMBA, Mar 9: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha constituency along with Ex-Minister, Chander Prakash Ganga, members JKCA and BJP chief spokesperson, Sunil Sethi, Brig.(retd) Anil Gupta, DC Samba, Anuradha Gupta, DDC Shilpa Dubey, DDC Asha Rani and senior BJP leaders Jai Sharma today visited Smailpur village in Vijaypur constituency to build International Stadium there.
Jugal Kishore Sharma initiated efforts to build International Stadium at village Smailpur on the persistent demand of the people of the area on the name of Sher-e-Duggar and founder of Praja Parishad Movement, Pt Prem Nath Dogra who was also a towering leader of the country.
The land at village Smailpur was also identified to develop International Stadium there.
Member of Parliament, while addressing the gathering present on the occasion said that playfield/ stadium is the place which provides a strong mechanism for preserving, developing and promoting sports among the youth. A true sportsmanship tells about the dedication and spirit of youth among the sports, society and culture also, he added.
He said it is necessary to build sports field / stadium to protect the youth and save them from bad company. A demand by the gathering was also made for construction of community toilet complex at Smailpur for which MP sanctioned Rs.5 lac from his MP Local Area Development (MPLAD) Fund.
Jugal said that BJP is working hard for the upliftment of every class and irrespective of caste, region or religion in the country and under the leadership of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi the country is enlisted in developing nations.
Mandal president, Attresh Dutta, BJYM, Narinder Jamwal, Dheeraj Sharma, Ankush Jamwal, Vikrant and others were also present at the occasion.
