JAMMU, Oct 4: Member of Parliament and BJP State president, Jugal Kishore Sharma today dedicated a water tanker to the people of Block Dhansal people.
Accompanied by Block President Puran Singh, party leaders Nand Kishore, Kapoor Singh, Kishori Lal, Girdhari Lal, Uttam Singh, Manohar Singh and others, Sharma said that this water tanker will help the people in maintaining water supply to entire block as the people have been facing hardships on times when water supply was less.
Jugal also addressed a massive public meeting at Krishenpur and listened to the problems of the people faced by them due to recent rains and floods. He said that the Dhansal block also faced losses due to incessant rains and resultant floods.
He said that he is personally monitoring the entire situation erupted after floods and will let no stone unturned for their relief and rehabilitation. He said that the sufferers would be provided all sort of possible help and he has personally approached the concerned district authority in this connection.
The BJP MP said that he was committed to provide improved facilities to the people in every nook and corner of his parliamentary constituency. PHE, Power, Health and Education are on Central Government’s top agenda and several initiatives have been taken to upgrade these essential sectors by Narendra Modi led Union Government, he added.
