Jammu, Apr 11: Prof. R D Sharma, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu along with top officials of University visited Old Campus residential area.
The Vice-Chancellor took round of the old campus and inspected buildings and the surrounding areas. He gave on spot instructions to the Executive Engineer to improve maintenance of the Residential and Hostel buildings and also instructed Arboriculturist for the beautification and landscaping of the area.
The Vice Chancellor interacted with the boarders of the Boys Hostel and the residents of the old campus and listened to their problems.
He directed the DSW to initiate the process of raising kiosk in the old campus which will take care of the items of daily needs and stationery required by the residents and the boarders of boys hostel, which has been their long pending demand.
