JAMMU, Oct 10: The National Secular Forum (NSF) today accused the Jammu University authorities of playing with the career of Research Scholars as their fellowships from various agencies had been stalled since the last 10 months.
According to NSF senior vice president Surjit Choudhary, research work of scholars was suffering badly owing to stalling of the fellowship (JRF, SRF and others) amount due to failure of University authorities in completing the necessary documentation at their end.
“The scholars have approached the University on number of occasions but the concerned authorities have not acted on the matter hence the fellowship granting agencies have stalled the things thus making scholars to suffer,” he said.
