JAMMU, July 22: Associate Professor in the Depart-ment of Physics and Electronics, University of Jammu Dr Rakesh Vaid has been invited to present his research paper entitled “Chirality Controlled Zigzag CNT as Channel Material for High Performance CNTFETs” in 40th International Micro and Nano Engineering Conference to be held in Lausanne, Switzerland from September 22-26. The paper has been co-authored with his PhD scholar Devi Dass.
MNE 2014 is a major international conference, devoted to micro and nano engineering which brings together engineers and scientists from across the world to discuss recent progress and future trends in the fabrication, manufacturing, operation and application of micro and nano structures and devices.
