JU launches Vice-Chancellor’s Grievance Portal

JAMMU, Mar 25: Prof Manoj K Dhar, Vice-Chancellor, University of Jammu, today launched the services of e-filling of grievances/queries of the Research Scholars, students, employees and alumni of the University to redress the queries in a time-bound manner.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof Manoj K Dhar said that from now onwards, students can directly post their grievances on the Vice-Chancellor’s Grievance Portal of Jammu University and the said query/grievance shall be forwarded to concerned department/section with prescribed details. The concerned Department will dispose of them within the stipulated time.
Dr Akhilesh Sharma, Liaison Officer in the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat has been given the exclusive responsibility to ensure that the grievances/queries are handled in a time-bound manner.
Among others, Prof Rajni Dhingra, DRS; Prof Naresh Padha, DAA; Prof Rajnikant, DCD; Prof Arvind Jasrotia, Registrar; Prof Jasbir Singh, COE; Prof Prakash Anthal, DSW; Prof Vinay Chauhan, OSD to VC; Er Anil Gupta, Director, IT; Dr Vinay Thusoo, JU Spokesperson and Dr Imran Farooq, Vigilance Officer were also present on the occasion.
