JAMMU, Mar 3: After the successful organization of the 101st Indian Science Congress, University of Jammu is all set to host another important scientific event-10th JK Science Congress on the theme “Science and Technology for Inclusive Development: A way forward”.
The Congress will deliberate on the important issues like- Innovative approaches for inclusive development, Conservation of Environmental resources, Technology generation for inclusion, role of IT and ICT in innovation, Health and development of marginalized groups, Policy issues for making Science and Technology more inclusive.
The objective of organizing this Congress is to provide the platform for scientific interaction, develop scientific temperament in the youth, disseminating information about the latest developments in Science and Technology and to provide opportunity to young scientists of the State to interact with scientists of great repute.
During the Science Congress, several plenary sessions and technical sessions will be held. Renowned scientists of the country are participating and will deliver their key note address.
Around 700 researchers from various institutions of the State and country are participating. The proceedings will cover diverse topics of current and future interest.
