JTC, SKF discuss migrants problems

JAMMU, Apr 21: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) held here today under the leadership of Shadi Lal Pandita head of the two organizations discussed the problems being faced by the displaced Pandits.
While addressing the meeting Pandita said that conditions of Kashmir valley are going from bad to worse. He accused the PDP of having a nexus with separatists and stone pelters which is the main reason for deteriorating situation in the Valley. He also criticized the BJP for joining hands with PDP which he said is hand in glove with
separatists who have let loose a reign of terror in Kashmir.
He also criticized the coalition for ordering a fresh registration of migrants from Valley saying that actually no family has migrated from Kashmir.
He wanted to know what has happened to claim of coalition to set up a satellite township in Valley for the rehabilitation of migrants in Kashmir and what has happened to its claim of raising 6000 residential houses for migrant employees ?
He demanded that till suitable accommodations are not provided to the migrant employees they should be adjusted in migrant offices at Jammu, migrants be given compensation for property loss during last 27 years besides their long pending demands be also settled.
