JTC, SKF continue protest

JAMMU, Nov 9: Jagti Tenement Committee (JTC) and Soan Kashmir Front (SKF) continued their sit-in agitation for the 39th day near Lane Number 7 in Jagti Township.
The protest was led by President of the JTC and SKF Shadi Lal Pandita.
The protestors demanded enhancement of monthly relief from Rs 13,000 to Rs 25,000 per family per month, provide free ration to pensioners whose pension is very low, 20,000 jobs for unemployed Kashmir Pandit youths out of which 5,000 jobs should of class VI for those unemployed youth who could not send their children for higher education after matriculation due to poverty and exile, provide compensation and interest free loan to over aged youth, rehabilitation in Kashmir by building Satellite townships near Baramulla, Srinagar and Anantnag with political and minority status, payment of balance ex-gration of gutted houses, etc.
Among others present were Raj Kumar Tickoo, Unit President JTC and Convener SKF, Kashi Nath Bhat, Ravinder Koul, ML Razdan, Vinod Moza, Kamal Ji Pandita, Vijay Bakshi, Rakesh Ambardar, etc.
