JAMMU, June 5: A joint meeting of Jagti Tenement Committee, Soan Kashmir Front and Pradesh Congress Committee Migrant Cell was held under the chairmanship of Shadi Lal Pandita.
While addressing the participants Shadi Lal Pandita said that since the BJP Government has taken over at the Centre, the sufferings of general masses have been compounded particularly the sufferings of the Kashmiri Pandit community which has been ignored and deprived of Employment Package.
Pandita said that the Governments, both at Centre and State, have been urged for bringing up satellite townships near Srinagar city for ensuring safe return of the Kashmiri Pandit community to Kashmir valley and their permanent rehabilitation in Valley.
Others present in the meeting were Kashi Nath Bhat, Rattan Lal Bhat, S L Kar, R K Raina, Raj Kumar Bhat, Hari Krishan Pandita, Vijay Pandita, Vijay Pandita and Makhan Lal Raina.
