JAMMU, July 16: Jammu Province People Forum (JPPF) has urged the Governor, N.N Vohra to immediately withdraw the unconstitutional Tribal order by the Ex. Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti with respect to Forest/State lands encroachments and the transport of bovine animals.
In a meeting JPPF President, Pavittar Singh said that delay in withdrawal of the said order is rising suspicions and sending wrong signal amongst the masses in Jammu.
About discrimination with Jammu, he appealed to the Governor to withdraw or amend all anti-Jammu orders issued by the coalition Government during their ‘misrule’ in the State.
Talking about the withdrawal of more than 200 criminal cases filed against Jammu youth during 2008 Shri Amarnath Land row, Singh accused BJP of deceiving Jammu people by deliberately ignoring the issue by becoming B-team of PDP to support the release of over 10000 stone pelters involved in criminal cases and antinational activities.
JPPF members appealed to the Governor to do justice with Jammu youth and order withdrawal of cases against them.
JPPF President hailed the Governor and his team of advisors for launching construction work on All India Institute of Medical Sciences and other projects.
