JAMMU, Oct 16: Jodhamal Public School has once again been ranked as the top school in Jammu & Kashmir, achieving this remarkable feat for the eleventh consecutive year in the prestigious India School Rankings 2025-26 published by Education World magazine. This year, Jodhamal secured the coveted 1+ Rank in Jammu & Kashmir in the category of Co-Ed Day Schools.
The rankings are the result of a comprehensive nationwide survey conducted over 19 years, involving more than 15,000 leading schools across India. The 2025-26 survey was carried out in collaboration with AZ Research Partners, Bengaluru, who interviewed over 25,000 parents, principals, teachers and senior students across 489 cities. Schools were rated on 14 parameters including Academic Reputation, Faculty Competence, Co-Curricular Activities, Infrastructure, Discipline, Community Service, Sports Education, Leadership, Management Quality, Life Skills and Teacher-Student Ratio.
The awards ceremony took place at The Pullman Hotel, Aero city, Delhi, bringing together distinguished leaders from the education sector. Representing Jodhamal Public School were Nandan Kuthiala (Trustee), Arati Kuthiala (Director) and Dr. Deep Khare (Principal), who were felicitated with the Education World Indian School Rankings 2025-26 Certificate and citation.
Nandan Kuthiala expressed gratitude towards the entire Jodhamal fraternity, stating, “This award is a testimony to the hard work, dedication and sense of purpose of every stakeholder at Jodhamal.”
The school was also recently recognized as the top-ranked school in Jammu and J&K by Brainfeed magazine in a survey conducted with C-Fore. On behalf of Education World, Dilip Thakore and Dr Sumer Singh congratulated all winners, highlighting the shift towards holistic education in the 21st century and applauding Jodhamal for its continued excellence in shaping future generations.
