Job seekers urge JKSSB to conduct exams on its own

JAMMU, Mar 10: Reiterating their demand for removal of controversial APTECH from conducting examination of J&K Service Selection Board, agitating job aspirants today claimed that employees of this company were recently arrested for paper leak.
They also demanded that JKSSB should conduct the recruitment exams on its own without hiring services of any external agency.
“In a paper leak case, an employee of Aptech was recently arrested in Varanasi and FIR was registered while one of its Supervisors was arrested in Leh in another case,” said the JKSSB aspirants while addressing a press conference, here today.
They claimed that in both these cases, Aptech employees were involved in the paper leak.
“Similar cases were reported in 2018 when its employee were found involved in paper leak and after thorough investigation, the company was black listed,” they added.
The JKSSB aspirants also claimed that Police of different states had reported that software of Aptech was compromised and remote access applications were used. “We have already submitted these facts to JKSSB Chairman office but no heed was paid,” they said and rued that Police resorted to lathicharge when they took out peaceful protest for highlighting the issue.
Announcing to continue their peaceful protest, they appealed the concerned authorities to roll back Exam calendar, remove Aptech from conducting JKSSB exam, bring a strict law against paper leak, technical investigation of CBT exam held and conducting exams on its own without hiring external agency.
