JAMMU, Oct 25: Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) today sealed another illegal structure raised in Channi Himmat area.
On the instructions of JMC Commissioner and under the supervision of Joint Commissioner (Administ-ration), the enforcement staff today sealed a salon running under the name and style of M/s Glam Box constructed by Arpana Gupta wife of Sanjay Gupta at 534, Sector – 4 Channi Himmat, Jammu under Section 8 (1) of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988 as the said structure was raised without the permission of JMC.
The structure was causing nuisance, traffic hazard in the vicinity and much inconvenience to the general public residing in the area who have agitated and complained against the same.
