JAMMU, Oct 21: The Enforcement staff headed by the Chief Enforcement Officer of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) under the guidance of Kiran Wattal Commissioner Municipal Corporation Jammu, while further continuing and intensifying the drive against the unauthorized construction, violations and encroachments, today sealed the premises of Suman Dogra S/o Hans Raj Dogra at Plot No: 74 C/D, Green Belt Park, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu.
The defaulter had converted the residential building into commercial by running the Chicken shop under the name M/s Republic of Chicken without the permission of Jammu Municipal Corporation. Already the owner of the building was booked under Control of Building Operation Act, 1988.
