JAMMU, Jan 10: Ward 30 Councillor of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Sonika Sharma today started construction work of lanes and drains here at Tallab Tillo.
Secretary JKPCC, Sanjeev Panda; Janak Raj Mehra, Ward President; Pt. Vishwanath, Darshan Verma, Santosh Bhagat, B.D Gupta, Sunny Jatt, Jatinder Sarangal, Kishore Sharma, Gudi, Ricky Sharma, Vikas Sharma and others were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Sanjeev Panda said that service to the people is his motto and he remains available to common people all the time.
Councillor Sonika Sharma said that construction and repairs of lanes and drains is the routine process but unfortunately for the last 3-4 years these works have been slowed down might be due to paucity of funds. She said, now the situation is better and all the pending works related to construction of lanes, drains, streamlining supply of water and electric supply would be improved.
