JAMMU, Mar 24: In a meeting of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) under the presidentship of its chairman Abdul Qayoom Wani, the grievances of teachers fraternity were discussed..
The meeting which was attended State provincial and district leaders, held that the Minister has announced the 3000 promotions in different cadres and it was declared openly that senior leaders of JCC, president EJAC and chairman JKTF is the only hope of State employees especially those working in the Education Department that their genuine and long pending demands would be solved.
In the meeting all the employees working in Education Department were asked to be united and assured that all issues especially 5 years inclusion in the services of ReTs, regularizations of EVs after seven years, transfer policy of ReTs, 15 years inclusion in the services of migrant subst, pending salary of SSA teachers, promotion of different cadres, leave encashment in favour of teachers and other related issues will be solved under the presidentship of Abdul Qayoom Wani.
Other who attended the meeting included Syed Aftab Ahmad, Mohd Iqbal Beigh, Mohd Ganie, Nisar Massoodi, Arsalan Habib, Pirzada, Gh Mohiuddin, Mohd Afzal Bhat, Mohd Mubarak Khan, Mohd Ashraf Mir, Mukhtar Ahmad Tantary, Harpal Singh Pali, Pir Nisar Ahmad, Gh Hassan Zargar, Pir Rafiq Shokat Ahmad Khan and others.
