JKTF discusses demands

JAMMU, June 23: Jammu Kashmir Teachers’ Forum (JKTF) discussed the demands of teachers during a meeting held here today.
The meeting was organized by the members of central executive body of JKTF under the leadership of Ganesh Khajuria, State general secretary of the Forum.
During the meeting, speakers of different zones highlighted their grievances like delinking of salaries under SSA/RMSA, providing benefits  of 7th Pay Commission, conducting DPC of all cadres, salary issues of surplus Masters, etc.
While speaking on the occasion, Ganesh Khajuria said that the Forum will fight for the rights of the teachers and never bow any pressure created by the Government agencies.
Members of central executive body who participated in the meeting include Gopal Singh, Yog Raj Slathia, Soorat Singh Toofani, Rajinder Gupta, Mohd Iqbal, Ravinder Singh, Darshan Sharma, Narinder Chib, Kuldeep Bandral, Sham Badyal and many others.
