JAMMU, Feb 20: Jammu Kashmir Medical Employees Federation (JKMEF) held a meeting under the chairmanship of its president Sushil Sudan where under it took exemption of the recent episode at PHC Bharath block Ghat district Doda where staff of Health Department including Medical Officer and Lab Tech was manhandled by the some miscreants on Feb, 15, 2015.
The president JKMEF brought the matter in the notice of Director Health Services, Jammu, Dr Baljeet Pathania who assured the federation to take up the matter with district administration.
Meanwhile, JKMEF has assured full support to the striking employees and warned to go on strike in case District Administration fails to protect the employees who are serving the ailing people round the clock.
Other present in the meeting included Kamal Jeet Sawhney, Jarnail Choudhary, R P Singh, Anoup Singh, Youghal Bakshi, Dazal Din, Anil Khajuria, Sodagare Mal, Kulmeet Singh, Parshatam Sharma, Harpal Singh, Prafulat Singh, C L Koul, Mohd Saleem, Kulraj Kumar and others.
